Domenico is a great host. Always ready to help, offer advice and tips. He's also quite often on site so communication isn't problem at all.
The room is beautiful. Comfy bed, antique looking closet, beautiful bathroom which is also quite roomy. We had everything we needed.
The garden area in the back is amazing for any kind of food or just chill and is beautiful both in the morning for breakfast with the sporadic sun making it there or dinner (we ordered in pizza couple times) with the various garden lights.
The location is great but I'd say this depends on your needs. We like to stay outside the bustling city center and experience the local way of life. Also, the bus to Chianti is stopping closeby so this stay was very strategic for us. But I can imagine it's a little further away from the attractions for a typical tourist.

Everything, fantastic guest Domenico is the top guest I’ve ever experienced, we have ever experienced. The location,it is is a posh Italian suburb, decent, elegant, quiet, fantastic. The floor heating, the kitchen, little garden and Nespresso for free, small delights for brkfst. everyday and room tidied up. The cleaniness, coziness, bed, everything! In the last evening Domenico left us even a present(small prosecco and chocolate bonbons!) Awesome.
There isn’t nothing to complain/say negatively!
