We had an excellent stay. The apartment was relatively small but there was everything we needed. The bathroom looked like it had been renewed recently. There was access to a swimming pool which I loved.
The administration of the property was awful! I received non stop messages via What’s App, email and booking.com asking me to verify my reservation. I confirmed and gave my card details for the deposit - BUT I continued to get not stop messages. I even received a message at 6am the morning of our arrival saying that if we did not confirm we would not be given access to the apartment. Very stressful and not at all professional.
When we did eventually manage to speak to someone, they were lovely and very helpful.
They need to resolve their automated messages and there admin system that never ended up working for us.
