We chose Hany Suites because of its great location. It is about a 10 minute walk to the fortress and around a 20 minute walk to Timber Alley. The property has its own parking lot, which is a big plus.
The building is new and offers solid, well maintained facilities. The rooms are stylish, comfortable and feel very cozy. Everything was clean and thoughtfully designed.
Stefan is a great host, helpful, friendly and easy to communicate with. Overall a very pleasant stay and a place we would happily return to.
A small reading lamp next to the bed would be good.

Everything was perfect! Large and very clean room and bathroom. Great location and free parking. The owner Stefan is really nice and hospitable guy who was happy to help us with all that we needed during our stay. We strongly recommend this place!

Very well located close to the central pedestrian part and the Nis fortress. The property offers some parking spots in an internal yeard, which is a great advantage. The appartnemt was very clean, well heated and well equiped and the host was really friendly, flexible and welcoming, he advised us on places to eat as well.
