The property location is perfect. You have tram station in front of the apartment. Also the apartment is closer to the main station. There are several good restaurants including some good Indian restaurants on the street. Most of the things are at walkable distances. You also have good views from the windows. Apartments are spacious.
The apartments seems to be old. There is no breakfast facility. All the rooms and the items are quite old and some are broken also. The apartment needs renovation for sure. Sofa, bed and towels are also very old. It was difficult for me to find the keys when i reached the location and i had to wait for some time. No reception or any support available on the location for quick help. My WIFI was not working for first 3 days and later they fixed it. Sometimes hot water was not coming and it was hard for me to take bath in the morning and go to office.
