Helpful staff, fluent in English, spacious room, secured parking free of charge. Big balcony, comfortable bed. Right across the street is a tram stop connecting towards city centre or elsewhere in city. It’s definitely great value for the money.

We had a nice stay. Clean and specious room, AC worked perfectly, it had a mini fridge were we could keep our drinks cold. The staff was helpful when we had some questions on transport.
It had a strong chlorine smell, although it meant that the room was clean, it just gave us a headache after being in the room too long.

The hotel seems a bit old, but overall it was a nice stay.
The hotel is old, the AC didn't work properly, and you need to wait a lot so you can feel the room is a little bit colder. The cleaners were really nice, and the receptionist seemed annoyed when we arrived; maybe he was having a bad day. We chose this hotel because we were going to 2 concerts and the venue was nearby, but I don't think it is a very good location if you want to do some tourism around Milan. You need to walk 15-20 minutes for the metro and then 20-2 minutes to get to Doumo. There aren't a lot of places to have dinner around. I appreciated the vending machine for getting some water and snacks.
