About this house rental
Elevated holiday cottage overlooking the fjord on approx. 940 m² plot approx. 250 m from the water. Here you will find peace and quiet for a relaxing holiday in beautiful scenery and many activities within a short distance. There is a mooring for a small boat, free of charge. The house is comfortably furnished with a combined living room and kitchen. The kitchen is equipped with ceramic cooker, microwave and dishwasher. Fridge/freezer and extra freezer is in the bedroom with bunk beds just off the kitchen. The living room has a TV with satellite dish with e.g. many German programs. For a cool summer or autumn evening with rain and drizzle the wood-burning stove provides coziness and warmth. The living room has access to the terrace which offers views of the area and the fjord. Part of the terrace is covered. Bathroom with toilet , sink, shower and comfortable underfloor heating. There is also an annex with 3- person whirlpool and sauna.A refundable deposit might be charged closer to your check-in date. The security deposit ensures a smooth stay and covers any additional services or consumption charges.This deposit covers utilities consumed during your stay and any additional services that may be taken.The final amount will be adjusted based on actual meter readings, actual usage of extra services, and any remaining balance will be refunded within 21 days after checkout.This deposit simply acts as a prepayment for charges that you would anyways pay for, ensuring a seamless stay and check-out experience.
