The house also features a terrace, perfect for outdoor meals under the sun, and garden furniture to relax in the serene surroundings. The kitchen is fully equipped with an electric stove, fridge-freezer, and dishwasher, while the bathroom includes a washing machine, WC, sink, and shower cubicle for your convenience. With electric heating and an air/air heat pump, this holiday home ensures comfort year-round. Located just a short walk from a restaurant, mini golf, an ice cream parlor, and a burger bar, the property offers a convenient spot to explore nearby attractions and local favorites.A refundable deposit might be charged closer to your check-in date. The security deposit ensures a smooth stay and covers any additional services or consumption charges.This deposit covers utilities consumed during your stay and any additional services that may be taken.The final amount will be adjusted based on actual meter readings, actual usage of extra services, and any remaining balance will be refunded within 21 days after checkout.This deposit simply acts as a prepayment for charges that you would anyways pay for, ensuring a seamless stay and check-out experience.
