You'll fall in love with the gleaming hardwoods, exquisite detail, high ceilings, formal dining room, updated kitchen, large deck & fenced yard w/ fire pit and Hot Tub. Perfect for large groups, Derby, family/friends reunion, bourbon tour.

• Host: Cathy your co-host calls The Masters her home. She takes great care of the property so you should feel right at home.

Truly amazing house!! We had a last minute situation that caused us to not have a house. Erik the property manager was incredible. He was responsive and very helpful. The house is huge and right near bars and restaurants. I highly recommend staying here.

Great check-in & out communication needs to be first item mentioned. Amazing location walking (or scooter) distance to so many bars & restaurants. Everything was as advertised and went great with our stay.

Great location and perfect place for our group of 8! Eric and Wayne were very responsive and made sure we had everything we needed to make our stay enjoyable. Great restaurants and bars were within walking distance. Perfect centralized location for our bourbon distillery excursions. Highly recommend staying here!!
