Sehr nette Begrüssung und Abholung beim Parkplatz vom Gastgeber. PP wenige Schritte von der Wohnung, neben einem schönen Park und der Lavant. Die Wohnung ist sehr gut ausgestattet mit allem was man braucht (sogar Putzmittel und Papierhandtücher). Der Gastgeber hat alles für ein Frühstück besorgt: Brot, Butter, Früchte, Kaffee, Mineralwasser. Die Küche ist sehr gut ausgestattet. Bequeme Betten. Sehr schöner und ruhiger Garten. Wir haben die zentrale und ruhige Lage sehr geschätzt.
Im Treppenhaus hat es ein bisschen muffig und nach Zigaretten gerochen und ein Fernseher war Tag/Nacht hörbar.

Die Wohnung mit Garten liegt direkt in der oberen Altstadt von Wolfsberg mit seinen Geschäften und Restaurants. Zur Wohnung gehört ein privater Stellplatz, es gibt aber auch direkt vor dem Haus kostenfreie öffentliche Parkplätze. Der Vermieter hat uns am Parkplatz empfangen und uns alle Details der Wohnung in dem ca. 400 Jahre alten Haus erklärt. Fürs Frühstück am nächsten Morgen war der Kühlschrank auch schon gesorgt. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und werden bei Gelegenheit bestimmt wieder dort übernachten.

Perfekte Lage mitten im Zentrum; Sehr entgegenkommender Gastgeber, sogar Parkplatz zur Verfügung gestellt (gratis), für die erste Nacht ausgestattet mit Getränken und sogar einem netten Frühstück ( nicht erwartet)! Sollte ich wieder in Wolfsberg unterwegs sein ( Schwimmwettkampf) buche ich auf jeden Fall wieder diese Wohnung.
