Perfect location for train station.
Really secure with electric gates with security cameras.
Lift to the floor.
4 rooms in total on one floor with secure main door.
Shared bathroom which was nipping clean and we didn’t even see anyone so felt like it was solely ours.
Can be a little noisy outside being a busy town but to be expected as pretty much in the heart of everything.
Had a problem sussing out how to work shower but someone helped us it was spot on.
Hairdryer was missing part of plus so couldn’t use it.
Fridge could be bigger for milk to stand up in and store things.
Stains on the pillow cases of the scatter cushions on bed.
Watch out for the side of the beds as there drawers and we kept walking into them so best to just lift quilt at corners so you can visibly see them.

The room was big for London and sufficiently clean. Staff was friendly, they made it possible for me to check in before 3pm. Great location near train station, center, pubs, restaurants.
Big, clean bathroom but... Check what I didn't like.
When I booked the, room the app said "the entire place is yours. 1 bathroom". When I arrived I had to share the bathroom with a man I obviously didn't know.
Since "own bathroom" is a must in my filters I only stayed because it was only one night.

The host was exceptional, explaining the entry / exit security system and keys, because the room is in a managed flat. Everywhere was perfectly clean and beautifully fresh. A comfortable double bed in a lovely warm room as I was staying over Christmas. Extras like microwave and mini fridge. Electric kettle plus tea, coffee, sugar, mugs. The shared bathroom is superb and new. A modern shower with gel, shampoo and conditioner on the window sill. A great touch because I'd forgotten to bring my own toiletries for Christmas Day. This apartment is a real find. 😊
There's nothing I didn't like. There's no television. I didn't need one as I was only sleeping in the room after visiting friends.

The room wasn't particularly easy to find - there's a front door with 38 on it (flats 1-5) and further along the road, a set of big black gates, also with 38 on (flats 6-10), my room was part of flat 8, there are rooms 1 & 2 and a shared bathroom & a little sitting area with a chair & a small unit with board games in, this seating area has an automatic on/off movement sensor which doesn't come on as soon as you open the door, so you take a couple of steps in the dark then it works.. I had room 2, big enough for a decent sized double bed, a small table & lamp both sides, a small one seat table & office chair, with a tea/coffee tray stacked on top of a microwave, which in turn was on top of a mini-fridge.Behind that, a small mirror-door cupboard, next to the lockable room door. The bed was comfy & I had a good sleep even though the room faces the street & you can hear the revelers in the road below the window. The floor of the room was dirty - wiping a tissue across the floor turned the tissue black with dirt. And one wall had a stain & dried 'snot' on, not very nice.
There are three keys to use, to get into your room, plus a pass-number to open the gates.
Passable for one night - believe me I've seen worse.
The lady that initially let me into the building, wasn't as friendly or as helpful as she could have been, perhaps they've never had a Neuro-spicy person stay there before.She came from the home part of flat 8.
My initial view was "I've never been keen on the stench of leeks/vegetables", to my nose, it wasn't nice, though it did dicipate into the background after a while.
Pass number for gates includes the star/asterisk at the end. Raphael is pleasant and his English is passable but I didn't meet him, just talk to him on the phone.
