Appartamento molto spazioso, pulito e dotato di tutto il necessario per cucinare. La posizione è ottima perchè a pochi metri si trovano sia la fermata dell'autobus che quella della metro (Spezia). In zona sono presenti diverse attività commerciali: bar, ristoranti, farmacia ecc.. La proprietaria è stata gentilissima e ci ha fatto trovare oltre a the, caffè e biscotti per la colazione, caramelle e due piccoli dolcetti natalizi. In casa è presente Alexa e Amazon Prime. Consigliatissimo
Nulla di particolare da segnalare, è stato un soggiorno molto piacevole. Forse solo un pò rumoroso perchè le camere affacciano sulla strada principale e i vetri delle finestre sono molto sottili.

Muy amable el host, esta bien basado en relacion costo-beneficio, muy completo, hogareño lugar, si lo recomiendo.
No esta muy centrico, pero es facil moverse por el metro.

Rooms were very cold because the heating wasn't working. Shower could only maintain 5 minutes of hot water We found a nailclipping on the floor, so cleanup could have been done better We had to wait for the host to get the key
