Get your laundry done in unit while taking a steamy bubble bath with on demand hot H20 with tankless water heater. If working from home, be productive in a cool comfortable indoor environment with energy efficient dual pane windows and a new mini-split AC system powered by solar panels. Private entrance allows for full independence from the main house in addition to a sectioned off low maintenance front yard and an enclosed usable grassy backyard to chill, BBQ, or even plant some yummy vegetables in flower beds.

John was a wonderful host. There were several communications at the beginning of my stay and he responded quickly and was very helpful. I can't say enough good things about the accommodations. It was very clean and I was especially thankful for the bright lighting throughout. The living room was comfortable and the table and chairs supplied an extra workspace. I did a lot of cooking and there wasn't a thing I needed, that wasn't provided. Crock pot, blender, toaster, keurig, baking pans, frying pans, pots and pans. There was also a wide variety of utensils, silverware and updated refridgerator, gas stove and washer and dryer. It was completely what I needed for my extended stay. It had a private grassy backyard area and a gas grill. I would highly recommend John's place to anyone wanting a place to stay in a quiet safe neighborhood a few minutes to the freeway.
