Murmeli - In a wonderfully central yet quiet location, this ground floor flat with 2 bedrooms offers enough space for up to four people.
With minimalistic, high-quality furnishings combined with bright rooms and warm wooden elements, this flat is just waiting to give you an unforgettable stay.
The holiday flat extends over two floors and with a large, furnished terrace also offers the opportunity to breathe in plenty of fresh mountain air or to soak up the sun.
The heart of the flat is on the ground floor; a spacious living room with dining area and open kitchen. The comfortable seating area invites you to relax in front of the TV and is cleverly separated from the inviting dining area and kitchen by a room divider.
The kitchen shines in a simple, modern design and is equipped with an oven, dishwasher, fridge with freezer compartment and coffee machine as well as all other common utensils needed in the kitchen.
Adjacent to the living area are a guest toilet and one of the bedrooms. Equipped with a comfortable double bed, flat-screen TV, spacious wardrobe and en-suite bathroom with shower, you will find an ideal retreat and cosy spot for a good night's sleep.
A spiral staircase leads to the basement, where you will find a second bedroom with a double bed and another bathroom with shower. A second entrance door gives you easy access to the cellar and the underground garage.
To keep your car safe in any weather, the flat has its own underground parking space. You can safely store your skiing and hiking equipment in your own drying room in the cellar.
There is also a communal laundry room in the basement, where you have your own washing machine and dryer.

Great, comfortable apartment with views on the mountains. Supermarkets just a few minutes away. Many restaurants within walking distance and close to Zugspitsbahn and railway station.

A very nice place to be with a good view from the garden onto the ski-flying hill left, the slope we know under the name Kandahar and the mountain Kreuzeck on the right side.
Modern kitchen with all what you can think of, modern baths with big showers a direct access to the garage. Garage with power-supply for pedelecs and/or electric-cars. Just 300m footwalk to the city and/or to the "Zugsptzbahn", the railway-station for the trains to bring you to the "Top of Germany". We have nothing to complain at all, we were completly happy.
