About this house rental
I own the whole house. It is a "little palace" of 140 square meters of internal surface plus three outside spaces distributed over two floors. The house overlooks a typical Venetian Campo and it has three outside spaces. I would describe the property as being scenic, very spacious, very modernly furnished, perfect for families as children can play in the field, and Typically venetian given its location.
The house is 5 min. from St. Mark's, 12 min. from Rialto, 8 min from the "biennial art exhibition" area ", 3 min. from the direct ferry stop to the beach and the islands, 4 min. from the stop of the waterbus That takes you to the airport and to all forms of direct transport.
The property comfortably sleeps eight people. It has four bedrooms and two bathrooms. It offers a well equipped kitchen and wifi access, laundry facilities as well. You can enjoy international Sky satellite television. There are five airconditioners at home to keep you comfortable in the summer.
I am a Venetian who lives in London. My wife, who is Inglese, and I bought this property to keep roots in my native city and for family holidays with our three very young children.

Massimo was wonderful! His tips, suggestions and aid with general questions were super helpful. More importantly, he was incredibly responsive! The house is a decent size in a great location. Loved the square where it is located. This home was perfect for our girls trip.

Massimo our host was truly that, he had us met by an agent but then touched base with us by phone to ensure that all was as expected with is lovely family home. He sent restaurant recommendations and transport info, very thoughtful. A pleasant surprise was that there multiple laundry machines as our last property’s machine was not working properly. Our whole group took advantage of this. We definitely didn’t have enough time in Venice and we will be back. Thank you Massimo for sharing your home with us.

The host, Massimo, was extremely accommodating and ensured that we had everything we needed for our stay in Venezia. He provided recommendations we requested for nearby restaurants, water taxi contacts, etc. All were excellent and secure. We felt safe at this location and in Venezia overall. Took evening walks too that were wonderful! We would love to visit again!
