Private: swimming pool angular (21 m2, depth 150 cm, seasonal availability: 24.May. - 27.Sep.). WC in the pool area, outdoor shower, garden furniture, barbecue, pool maintenance by the owner/gardener. In the house: internet access. Parking at the house on the premises. Shop, restaurant 350 m, bus stop 5.7 km, pebble beach 800 m, rocky beach 300 m.

Exit to the terrace. 1 room with 1 french bed (160 cm, length 200 cm), cable TV (flat screen).
