This cozy apartment offers in its 35 m² size everything what you could wish for your holidays in the Dolomites of Val Gardena. It comes with a comfortable double bed, a bathroom with shower, a kitchenette and a dining table. The kitchenette is equipped with cooking plates, basin, kettle, kitchen utensils, microwave, fridge with freezer, cutlery, dishes and much more. You will be able to enjoy the direct access to the sunny common garden. Linen and towels are included in the rate.Important information: According to recent provincial law this apartment can accommodate a maximum of:- Adults (from 14 years): 2- The remaining beds can only be occupied by children up to 13.99 years of age at the time of departurePlease note that this law is subject to strict controls by the competent authority and violation of it results in substantial fines. If allowed, it is available only after reconfirmation by MUSE.holiday and at a variable extra cost.In case of wasted electricity, gas or other utilities there is an additional cost (e.g.: lights on all day in the absence of guests, heating running with open windows).It is duty of the guests to open the windows at least twice a day, once in the morning and once in the evening, for at least 5 minutes each, to let humidity exit the apartment and avoid mold formation. If this rule is not respected and mold is found upon departure of the guests, costs to restore the apartment integrity will apply.Due to the geographical location, Wi-Fi may be interrupted or slowed down, so this service is not always guaranteed.The house is not equipped with foodstuffs such as cooking spices or various consumables such as shampoo, soap, etc... Any consumables present are intended only as a welcome kit and will not be refilled during your stay.The payments required to enter the flat are the tourist tax + pre-authorization through SWIKLY of the security deposit by credit card of 500€.If not previously agreed, the physical keys, the benefit card and other accessories provided at check-in are to be returned to the MUSE.holiday office in Via Arnaria 9A in Ortisei, otherwise 50€ will be charged for key collection.The final cleaning amount covers a standard cleaning only. It does not include the washing of the dishes and the removal of trash from the apartments to the indicated spots.
