About this house rental
Located in a sought-after holiday home area, in the middle of scenic surroundings and a short walk to Sæding's best sandy beach, you will find this holiday home, cosily furnished and in the best quality. The house was thoroughly renovated in 2019/2020 and is located with good terraces for the morning, noon and evening sun on the partially screened plot. Indoors you experience the quality of the house's decor and the cozy atmosphere. From the house there are several places direct access to the terrace, which follows the house around on three sides. Should the weather invite you to stay indoors, both the conservatory and the bright activity room are obvious places to settle down. The house has three bedrooms and there is also the possibility of an extra bed in the conservatory. In the large open living room you will find the dining room and a comfortable sofa corner and the house's cozy wood burning stove. The many windows in the living room provide a good light and a nice view to the terrace in front of the house and to the surroundings by the small gravel road leading to the house. There is air / air heat pump. TV only via streaming of own services. There are neighbors on all sides, but you are still undisturbed and have a nice look at the surroundings and with the experience of being in the great outdoors. As something special for the house, there is a good shelter on the plot, suitable for 5 people. Not for rent to youth groups. A refundable deposit might be charged closer to your check-in date. This deposit covers utilities consumed during your stay and any additional services that may be taken. The final amount will be adjusted based on actual meter readings, actual usage of extra services, and any remaining balance will be refunded within 21 days after checkout.
