Rose Cottage is a deceptively spacious, yet quaint cottage just outside of the towns of Kingsbridge and Salcombe. A fantastic accommodation for family get togethers, sleeping up to 11 in the peace and quiet, while just a stone’s throw from the main towns.. 1 step to entrance.

On the ground floor is a spacious open plan kitchen/dining area which leads out through French doors to the private garden area, where you can enjoy outdoor seating and a barbecue. The kitchen is fully functional with a traditional oil-fired Aga, microwave, dishwasher and large fridge/freezer. The living room comprises plenty of seating with a piano and a traditional wood burner. The fully equipped utility room comprises a washing machine, tumble dryer, toilet and sink. Upstairs there are four bedrooms and one family bathroom. There are three kingsize rooms, two with an en-suite, and a family room with a double bed with single bunk over, and an additional two single beds. The front garden at Rose Cottage is a lovely area, filled with various plants and of course, beautiful roses.
