About this villa rental
Independent house overlooking Lake Maggiore. 10 minutes from the Borromean islands and from Stresa. 5 minutes from the beaches. very comfortable house with very large garden.
2 bedrooms, double living room, dining area overlooking the lake. 3 bathrooms.

Detached villa with a large private garden and an above-ground swimming pool.
The garden has comfortable sun loungers for comfortable and quiet relaxation.
We are very sorry not to be able to accommodate guests with motor disabilities: the presence of stairs and the lack unfortunately does not allow it.
Non smoking only.
Small pets allowed.
The expenses related to the consumption of gas for heating the accommodation are not included in the rental price and are paid directly by the guest at the time of check out, based on the consumption actually incurred.
The rent does not include the tourist tax, relating to the Municipality of Lesa, is equal to € 1 per night per person. Children under the age of 6 are exempt from paying the tax. The tourist tax is paid directly by the guest at the time of check out.

Laura and Davide’s home in the peaceful village of Calogna nestled in the hills overlooking Lake Maggiore is truly fabulous. If you’re looking for a property where you are able to step off the treadmill of daily life, rest and recharge, then this house is definitely the one for you.Vrbo’s description and pictures of Casa Gardenghi are accurate but it is even better in reality.This beautiful home lacked nothing, tastefully decorated, comfortable furnishings, large peaceful garden and a ‘dipping pool’ ideal for cooling off on hot days. The views of the lake are stunning from the terrace, balcony, lounge and dining room picture window.If you are lucky enough to stay here, don’t miss the treat of rising early one morning to catch the sunrise over the mountains on the eastern shore of the lake.Thank you Laura and Davide for allowing us to stay in your beautiful home and for the warm welcome on our arrival.We would love to return and stay longer next time.

This lovely house truly lives up to it's title. The views are beautiful and never the same as the light changes throughout the day. We watched amazing thunderstorms break over the lake and the sun rise through the mist. The village location is quiet and authentic and very pretty . We felt very warmly welcomed by our hosts Davide and Laura. Everything was explained to us by Davide when we arrived and Laura was easily contacted and so helpful. The house itself is very nice, lovely interior , spotlessly clean and felt like a home rather than a holiday apartment. The beds were particularly comfortable. A pool in the beautiful garden was well used by our family as was the Bbq . Our arrival , after a long journey, was made so much easier by a generous basket of food . So much appreciated.
We had a wonderful holiday in this beautiful place and we would recommend Davides and Laura's place to anyone looking for a comfortable and stylish house in a stunning location.
