About this apartment rental
Spacious one-bedroom apartment with air shaft in an elegant building, very cozy, seven minutes from Piazza Maggiore.
On the third floor of an elegant building with an elevator, this apartment opens onto a huge living area, which features a large bookcase, a dining table with chairs, a comfortable corner sofa bed and a well-equipped open-plan kitchen, complete also with an oven, a dishwasher and a kettle.
The apartment continues with the minimal style bedroom, with a queen size bed, a spacious wardrobe and a desk. A full bathroom with a large shower and a washing machine completes the accommodation.
*Please be informed that the city center is a limited-traffic zone, therefore we suggest leaving the car in one of the parkings and enjoying the old town on foot.
*Upon arrival or a few days before arrival it may be required to pay a tourist tax, which varies according to local regulations. You will find your reservation details within the Guest Area of Wonderful Italy.

The capital of Emilia-Romagna is also known as “Dotta” (erudite), being the oldest university of the West, as “Grassa” (fat) for its gastronomic delights and “Rossa” (red) for the colors characterizing its old town. Excellent communication with various employees from Wonderful Italy who manage this property. A great location that feels part of the local community and a 15 minute walk through the porticos to the old city center. The apartment is modern, clean and well kept. We had a great overall experience.

The getting of the keys was a bit of a challenge as we had arrived a bit earlier & were trying to get in earlier..the response from the property company was not helpful in getting early arrival entry until we were actually in Bologna.
Over all cleanliness was a 5 however when we went to turn on the AC in the bedroom as it was not running, the top of armoire had a 1 inch layer of dust on the top. Not healthy to breath in at night.
