Located in the area of Barcuzzi, prestigious location with a stunning lake views, a beautiful villa with private infinity pool, for a dream holiday for up to 6 people at Lake Garda.The villa, equipped with free Wi-Fi internet connection, welcomes guests onto the large and bright living room equipped with a comfortable double sofa bed, dining table with chairs, fully equipped kitchen with hob, fridge, freezer, oven, microwave, dishwasher, electric kettle, juicer, Americano coffee machine and toaster. A master bedroom equipped with a comfortable double bed, wardrobe and private en-suite bathroom with tub, sink, bidet and toilet complete the ground floor.On the upper floor our guests will find a comfortable bedroom with a double bed, wardrobe and flat-screen TV, a living area with sofa and flat-screen TV, a bathroom with shower, sink, bidet, toilet and a large terrace with sofas for relaxing moments with a splendid panorama of the Lake Garda.The swimming pool is open from the 15th of May to the 30th of September.Guests will benefit from a garage inside the property.*Upon arrival or a few days before arrival it may be required to pay a tourist tax, which varies according to local regulations. The old town is worth a visit thanks also to the presence of its two castles: La Rocca, behind the town, and the Castello di Drugolo. The Cathedral of Lonato, dedicated to St. John the Baptist, is characterized by a large dome and a beautiful marble facade. Lonato also offers a small beach that local citizens call "Lido di Lonato", with bars and restaurants, pedal boats and canoes for hire. If the weather allows, tourists will be welcomed into the La Quiete Water Park, where fun will be guaranteed by the attractions and relaxation by the spas. The city of Lonato hosts in the Castle an exhibition about flowers and the famous Agricultural Fair which every year attracts tourists from all over the world.The international airport of Verona can be reached in just 40 minutes by car.

The property looks like advertised and it was generally clean and really nice to stay for a week. The views and the pool are fantastic and the house setup is nice.
Some details though need to be addressed: The property is run down in places and needs some renovation, especially the outdoor window blinds are heavy and you could break a finger moving them to close. Also the room in the basement was ok, but the shower was full of spiders (cleaning team probably did not care removing them). Out of three TVs available to us, two did not work and one had to be replaced, the other one had an oxidated remote control... an electrical wall outled had to be replaced as well. Some dishes broken in the kitchen.
All in all a very good spot, some care for details definitely to advise and I suggest a review of the whole building to just check where to ameliorate.
The managing agency was awesome in solving every problem we had or addressed. They were easily reachable and their prompt responses were great and professional. Less so was the local agent who gave us the keys. Minimal information, was constantly looking at the watch and seemed generally bored to be with us. Also, on the checkout day he did not even show up and the agency sent another person who was very kind.
In brief: Would I return ? Definitely yes ! Would I use the services of this WI agency ? Absolutely !
Take care of some property run down stuff and replace your local agent's attitude and then it would be a five star!

Die Lage des Hauses ist sehr schön. Der Ausblick von Pool und Terrasse ist super!! Diesen werden wir vermissen. Das einzige was wir sehr Schade fanden, die Möbel sind alle von IKEA. Bei einem Haus in dieser Preisklasse und mit dieser Lage passt das nicht wirklich zusammen.
Ansonsten aber super schön und zu empfehlen.

Haben uns im Haus sehr wohl gefühlt und würden wieder buchen aber der Service und Erreichbarkeit der Agentur während unserem Aufenthalt war unbefriedigend.

Poor!!!
Kitchen the sink is leaking and the units are water damaged.
Downstairs bedroom looks and feels like a storage room converted.
Main bedroom shower does not have a wall fixing so couldn't be used.
The quality of bedding throughout was poor lack of pillows.
The main feature of property the top floor is not airconditioned and therefore locked off.
Overall our impression was of a villa in decline. We paid a reasonable price for a poor quality villa so therefore considered it overpriced.
