The standard of cleanliness was impeccable, and the property is comprehensively equipped with every necessity for a week-long stay, reflecting excellent attention to detail.
Wendy and Jim, the hosts, are genuinely brilliant, offering consistently helpful and attentive service.
The interior is beautifully maintained, featuring a remarkably comfortable bed that ensured a restful stay. Furthermore, the kitchen is fully equipped, offering all the necessary amenities for comprehensive self-catering.
The property also boasts an attractive garden and benefits from an excellent location with proximity to a beautiful park. I genuinely could not fault any aspect of my visit."

This lovely annexe is well furnished, with everything provided for comfort, including garden space. It is near enough to Lincoln, so getting about is easy. Check in and out was easy, and owners, who live next door, are on hand to help out, they also checked in regularly to make sure all was okay. All in all a great stay.

We came here as a weekend away to see James at Lincoln castle and would definitely book again when we next visit Lincoln. Spotlessly clean and it was lovely to use the garden in the sunshine. A pleasant 30 minute walk into the city along the river and Wendy and Jim kept in regular contact in case we had any questions. A lovely little place! Thank you Wendy and Jim . Hopefully be back soon!
