Living room with a dining table for 6 persons, sofa and 38inch TV, kitchen and wide French door with a beautiful view on the surrounding area.

The kitchen is fully equipped with everything for cooking an eating.

All the bedrooms are prepared with care and will be provided with bed sheets and bedspread.

In each bathroom will be provided a set of three towels per person and toiletries such as soap, shampoo, headset and hairdryer.

- THE TERRITORY -

A promontory that faces the Tyrrhenian Sea and reaches out toward the islands of Giannutri and Giglio.
Almost an island, linked to Tuscany by only two stripes of land that embrace the beauty of the Laguna di Orbetello. This is Monte Argentario. A territory that unify the appeal of the mountain to the charm of the sea alternating small little bays and big terracing of vines.

The Promontory, which reaches its highest point in correspondence to Punta Telegrafo (653 meters), is characterized by high rocky shores and it is overgrown by Mediterranean scrub spaced out by plantations of olive trees and vines.

The main centre of Monte Argentario is Porto Santo Stefano. The town declines along the slopes of the promontory in a picturesque bay of the northern coast. It is the ideal destination for the ones in love with the sea. Nearby the town you will encounter magnificent villas and ancient observation towers settled on the sides of the gulf.

On the opposite side of Monte Argentario rises Porto Ercole, an appealing seafaring village eased down on a bay sheltered by a small promontory. Its ancient origins date back to Etruscans or maybe Phoenicians. This village owes its name to the Romans that named it Portus Herculius, in honour of mythical Hercules.

Check-out: 8am - 10am

The standard check-in time starts from 4pm to 7pm but we always give a "bonus hour" until 8pm.

From 8pm to 10pm there is a late check-in of € 50
From 10pm to 12am there is a late check-in of € 80
From 12am onwards there is a late check-in of € 100
