Would recommend to anyone. Great location, comfortable as relaxing place to stay. On street parking wasn't a problem for us.

The apartment is a wonderful place to stay in Torquay.
However, the outside entrance to the place was untidy, the steps down needed sweeping of dead leaves.
Also, there was considerable noise from the apartment above. Mainly walking backwards and forwards with hard shoes and one evening wheeling something heavy around.
This didn't spoil our stay.

Everything was finished to perfection.
Such a lovely view of the bay and all the lights in the evening.
Was amazing.
A few steps or hill into town and back if you aren’t used to it. We managed it ok

We stayed 5 nights over Easter. The weather was atrocious but DeNada was a peaceful haven! Large windows to watch the changing sky, harbour lights, amd brave swimmers. Spotlessly clean and well equipped. Easy to find free parking on street. Everything we wanted and more! Close to restaurants and train station. Would highly recommend.
