About this villa rental
Villa Avgi is the perfect place to Escape in a place where the elegant design blends greatly with the modern furnishing, enjoying a sense of luxury combined with the awesome view of the Cretan Sea. Relax away from the daily routine in a new homely retreat in the area of Kalamaki within a small distance from the beach! Shall we look closer at this villa?
Indoor facilities
Set on two floors with a living space of 130 sqm, the villa combines a relaxing and comfortable stay. The entrance is from the first floor, with a corner sofa and a Satellite TV. The first bedroom is located on the same floor with twin size beds & ensuite bathroom while the other two, one with double size and one with twin size beds, are on the ground floor with direct access to the pool. Three airy bedrooms with convenient mattresses and ensuite bathrooms are ideal for a relaxing night after a long day. Each bedroom has an air conditioner, TV, and ensuite bathroom. The private balcony on the first floor offers amazing views of the sea. An open-plan space with a well-organized kitchen with electrical appliances, a dining area for 6 guests, and a cosy living area is located on the ground floor.
Outdoor facilities
The outdoor area combines a unique place to enjoy a dive into the swimming pool or relaxation moments in the sun loungers. Thanks to its magnificent location, the villa offers an amazing sea view the whole day. The modern and sleek design and the quality of the earthy colours combined with the minimal essence of the villa make the place the perfect vacation spot for you and your family.
Villa Avgi is part of a complex with 4 luxurious villas, each one with its own facilities and amenities.
From 2024, as stated in article 53 of Law 4389/2016 (A’ 94), there is a resilience fee to the climate crisis that is 15€ per night/villa from April to October and 4€ per night/villa from November to March. This fee will be paid in cash upon arrival.

We welcomed by the host at the villa and they were contactable to offer any help. Beautiful villa for our family holiday and beaches in walking distance plus local shops. Relaxing surroundings with all the facilities you would need. Would highly recommend.

Love the pool, the beach, and the little town. Walked to the little town and being able to walk to it for everything! The pool was amazing to have and the walks included seeing goats and sheep and plants and gardens. The owners are so sweet and gave some amazing recommendations.

We had a great time at Villa Avgi. The details on the website are very accurate and the Villa, pool and location were great. The Villa owners organised cleaners twice during our stay which was an added suprise bonus.
