About this house rental
Functional cottage in Karrebæksminde, which offers a cozy cafe environment, restaurants and smokehouses. The cottage is functionally furnished in a modern style and can create a perfect setting for holiday stays. There is a large living room with open kitchen and wood burning stove and 2 flat screen TVs and good furniture. The house has a large, charming conservatory with vines in the ceiling, which creates a wonderful atmosphere. There is a covered terrace to the east and south so the sun can be enjoyed all day. The house is next to open space and has good garden furniture. Not for rent to youth groups. A refundable deposit might be charged closer to your check-in date. This deposit covers utilities consumed during your stay and any additional services that may be taken. The final amount will be adjusted based on actual meter readings, actual usage of extra services, and any remaining balance will be refunded within 21 days after checkout.
