All within approximately 20 minutes drive will take you to the picture postcard towns and villages of Burford, Stow-on-the-Wold, Bourton-on-the-Water, Chipping Norton and Moreton-in-Marsh. All have their own charm and character and boasts an array of independent shops, restaurants, pubs, cafés and tourist attractions including Birdland, Model Village, Cotswold Brewing Company and Cotswold Farm Park. Kingham is 5 miles and every August hosts the renowned Big Festival, a three day food orientated event.
Slightly further afield, you will find Cheltenham with its famous race course, Shakespeare’s Stratford-upon-Avon, the historic university city of Oxford and Bicester, with its large designer outlet shopping village and Blenhiem Palace.

Overall the accommodation was great and we would 100% recommend this property to one and all.However, for those with a dog wishing to book this property beware, there is no walking from the accommodation other than a small field adjacent which the farmer is happy for you to use for early morning relief!The owner needs to read the guestbook as a number of minor issues have been highlighted, but never rectified for example the lack of coat hanging in the entrance hall where two very suitable cupboards exist but neither has a rail, wall hooks or hangers! Not a problem in summer but as it’s now November the space is much needed.Read the book for more.A great time had by all, thank you!

What a find. The old dairy is quite simply excellent. Spotless, with everything you need for a break. The host, Rob, is most helpful, full of local knowledge. Will be difficult to find another property of the same value. Highly recommended
