Experience the ultimate beachfront getaway at our luxurious 2 bedroom villa in Residencias at Villas del Sol Zihuatanejo. Located in the prestigious Playa La Ropa area, our villa offers direct access to the beach, shared with the Thompson hotel. Enjoy the comfort of two king size beds with en-suite bathrooms, providing you with privacy and convenience. The second bedroom can also be set up with two single beds upon request, making it perfect for families or groups of friends.
The villa also features a complete kitchen, living room and a huge terrace for relaxing and entertaining. Guests have access to shared swimming pools and a parking space.
Take advantage of the nearby beach restaurants and activities such as fishing, water scooter, snorkeling, kayaking and parasailing. As our guest you will have private beach lounge chairs and umbrellas at your disposal, as well as access to the Thompson hotel's restaurants and bars. Please note that while our residence is beachfront, it is approximately 100 meters from the apartment's front door to the beach through our beautiful gardens and shared common areas with the Thompson Hotel.

Our House Rules: Cleaning: Please be respectful of the unit and the things inside it. The unit will be cleaned once per week. If you require additional cleaning, it can be arranged for a fee of 350 pesos. At the end of your stay, please ensure that dishes are washed and any large messes are looked after. A/C: The villa has a number of AC units to keep you cool and comfortable during your stay. As electricity is a premium, we ask that you please close your doors when using the air conditioning units. The units also have a tendency to malfunction if doors are open so we ask that you make sure the unit is sealed before running them for long periods of time and please refrain from leaving the AC on when not in the unit. Noise: Ensuring you enjoy yourself is our top priority. While we encourage you to make the most of your stay, we also ask you to be mindful of the other people that are staying here. This means no loud audio devices in public areas and a noise curfew of 9:30pm. Vistas Bay prides itself on having a quiet, relaxing and family friendly environment and as such partying, excessive drinking and other rowdy behaviour will not be tolerated. After the first complaint guests will receive a warning. A second complaint will result in the loss of damage deposit and a third complaint will result in immediate eviction from the property. Pool: The condo has a beautiful pool located just a few steps your villa, for you to enjoy. We ask that you don't bring glass into the pool at any time.

We stayed in Villa Del Sol for one week. The listing and pictures do it justice. The location on Thompson grounds is wonderful and inviting. The beach chairs everyday were very easy to request, both ladies at the help desk were exceptional. Emir checking us in did a fantastic job. This is an older building but a lot of work has gone into the upkeep. This is a tropical location so there are some tiny anty friends that like to come and visit if you don't do a good job of cleaning up after you are done eating. Great place to enjoy the wonderful LaRopa beach and all the excellent eateries around the area. 5 minute cab ride into town, 20 from the airport. We would definitely stay again, wonderful.

The apartment was private and inviting. While not on the water, the walk down to the beach was through beautiful gardens. It was also nice to have beach chairs included with the stay.
