About this house rental
Kick back and relax in this calm, stylish space. This adorable vintage home boasts 3 bedrooms, an office space, kitchen, 2 baths, and a living area with pull out couch. Includes a well-stocked kitchen and a washer/dryer. We named this house Tropical Paradise due to the beautiful array of tropical plants and fruit trees that surround the house. Starting 11/1 our "Tropical Oasis" separate studio unit +4 guests will be included in the listing for an additional fee. Please send inquiry for pricing.

The location of this house was perfect! It was a 15 min drive to Disney and about 20 min from the beach. The botanicals in the yard were amazing. My kids loved walking around outside to “explore”. It was beautiful.
We had some trouble with the kitchen. There weren’t enough dishes for our family of 8. We found some new unopened silverware in a drawer and opened it but decided it would just be easier to buy paper plates, bowls, and plastic silverware. There weren’t enough dishes. We also had trouble cooking because There weren’t any measuring cups.
The washer and dryer were small but worked great. We only used the dishwasher once but The one time we turned it on, it overflowed and leaked onto the floor. We soaked up the water and messaged the owners. We were leaving that day so I’m not sure how that would have been handled had we been staying there longer.
We ran out of trash bags for the garbage and we also ran out of toilet paper so we had to purchase more. Some drawers and cupboards had random articles in them (like leftover body wash, diapers, lighters, etc) and made the house feel like it was lived in on a regular basis - but not in the best way. There was leftover food in the freezer and lots of condiments in the fridge. My kids also went to grab some leftover sodas out of the fridge but when we read the bottle we found out they were alcoholic drinks. I’m glad we checked first -
Overall it was good - location was perfect and yard was amazing.

We had a group of 7 adults and we fit perfectly! The neighborhood is quiete and calm at night. There are plenty of stores and restaurants close by.
We really enjoyed our time at this home. The main reason for our stay was to visit Disney which was a fast and easy drive there and back.

Great stay for four friends going to Disney. House was comfortable with great area to gather in living and dining areas. Also enjoyed both the front and back porches in a lovely garden setting. Easy drive to Disney. Hosts always very quick to respond. Overall excellent stay.

Appreciated the work done on this old house in an old neighborhood in an old borough of north Orange Country. Lots of creative ways to make small spaces work for a large group of guests. Comfortable. Exceptionally well landscaped for privacy. Very easy access to Disneyland. Only negatives were that 1) dryer did not work (that was very disappointing for us a we packed very lightly for 5 nights) and 2) another guest had our access code and he entered our front door as we were about to retire for the night, but he was given specific instructions to go to the unit behind us on the alley. He messed up, but it was an accident.
