A serene family beach home get-away. Ideal for several couples and an inspiring work-away option for those needing beauty and a quiet break from the city with easy access to adventure and abundant amenities. (Just minutes from downtown Gig Harbor or Tacoma. 45 minutesfrom Seattle).
This beautiful mid-century modern home is in a quiet neighborhood. The no-bank, private, sandy beach is teeming with sea-life. The place is perfect for walks, paddle-boarding, kayaking, bonfires, picnics, water play, or just relaxing. It is beautifully appointed with hardwood floors, a serene interior, and floor-to-ceiling windows that celebrate the spectacular ever-shifting seaside, mountain and marine life views.
The house features high ceilings in an open plan with kitchen, dining area, and large living room all looking out on the water. There is a completely private upstairs master bedroom & bath with a panoramic beach view and a flexible extra room, (exercise/crib room/work area). Sliding glass doors access a private balcony. (A perfect place for morning coffee) The Large main-floor bedroom includes folding wood doors with the ability to divide off an additional bedroom that can accommodate two singles or be opened up into a larger (play/work/exercise) area. The third bedroom has a private entrance. Internet and television screens are available.
If you want to use the place s a jumping-off spot for other adventures, everything is close at hand. Whether it be a shopping run, an evening at the theater or fine dining, Gig Harbor and Tacoma are minutes away. You can explore everything from narrated water tours (destinyharbortours.com), to hiking or biking a variety of area parks and open spaces, to shopping along the Gig Harbor waterfront or the boutique stores at Uptown Gig Harbor. In Tacoma, visit historic Fort Nisqually at Point Defiance, Washington History Museum, Museum of Glass or LeMay Car Museum. Book some links time at the stunning Chambers Bay, challenging Canterwood, nearby Madrona Links or numerous other area golf courses.

We loved the location and the house was spacious and the view is beautiful. The kitchen is adequate though a bit dated. We would come again!

Was a beautiful location and the community was very welcoming and nice. We all loved our entire time there and the gems you find in gig harbor were great to find. Kyle is an awesome and direct host and recommend any one to stay here thank you so much Kyle!

Cool location and place - needs a little love. Was a great place once upon a time, needs some TLC. But we had a great time and the location water front was truly beautiful!
