This cozy studio located on the ground floor of a 1940s rustic stone Zilker home is back and ready to welcome you! This is a private unit with separate entrance and no shared spaces other than the outdoor amenities. Stay for a weekend and be minutes from Barton Springs and all the food, festivities, and sights of downtown or stay longer and take advantage of the full kitchen, on-site laundry, off-street parking, and ample outdoor amenities (grill, fire pit, bikes ect.). Make this your home base while exploring Austin and/or your secluded getaway for relaxation.

We had a great stay, the space is very cozy and was perfect for 2 adults and 2 dogs. We enjoyed cooking dinner in the well equipped kitchen, walking the dogs in the neighborhood, visit the bars and restaurants in the area, and enjoying the outdoor space. The host went above and beyond with communication and making sure we had what we needed.

The perfect place for our stay. Clean, phenomenal location, outstanding amenities, and great communication with the host. This is the place you want to stay at for your next trip to Austin. Very safe neighborhood and close to just about anything you’d want to do. Oh ya, the bed is a Tempur-Pedic, and we slept like rocks after our activity filled days. Can’t wait to visit again and book here again as well. Thank you!
