Location is outstanding. Close drive to Cortona but nice and quiet / away from the madness of Old Town. This was my 6th stay in Cortona so I've experienced most parts of Cortona Old Town and this was truly the best blend of a Traditional Tuscan Villa with that exclusivity and privacy, yard, sunlight and pool while still within arms reach of centro storico. Would definitely come again. Wonderful host/owner and his gorgeous wife and baby made me feel very welcomed and appreciated. Can't say enough good things about them. Truly decent, classy Italians of the highest order.
There are two arm chairs in front of the TV but no ottoman/place to prop your feet up, nor is there a side table to place your drink on. A small sofa with an ottoman and two small side tables would be ideal. Perhaps replace the dining table in the living room with more lounge'ing type furnishings.
Bed is a bit firm and sheet quality wasn't the highest but I must admit, it is very hard to find places in Cortona with luxurious bedding, good mattresses and fine linens and pillows. I think this place could be elevated to the next level with more creature comforts in the living room and master bedroom.

Villa was very nice, very beautiful. Everything works good and our stay was pleasant.
We did not like location beacase it was dangerous to walk to Cortona city, othervise the location was good.

Great location for exploring Tuscany and Umbria. Comfortable beds and spacious rooms. Enrico was very helpful and welcoming. We enjoyed some lovely quiet days in our garden enjoying the view. Coffee machine a plus and I should imagine the pool would be great in summer. Cortona a few minutes away by car and supermarket is nearby in Camucia. We caught the train from Camucia to Florence and Rome for day trips.

The place is very beautiful,house is not big, but comfortable, garden is nice and views are excellent, you can easy and quickly reach main roads and visit towns of Toscana and Umbria
