PARTY BARGES AVAILABLE ON REQUEST Come stay lakefront at Bikini Bottom with your own private pool! Excellent location on the "island-side" of False River. You'll be about 400 yards from Bueche's Bar & Grill and just a couple miles from L.A. Express Boat Landing. Come relax on our large decks right on the water.
Our red-roofed, waterfront camp has a spacious open floor plan with 4 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, a large back deck, a pier, and a private pool. It also includes an add-on lounge area perfect for football games or relaxing with friends.
Indoor area:
Kitchen - fully equipped with a blender, slow cooker, cooking utensils, dishes, serving trays, a microwave, toaster, a fridge, stove/oven, and a coffee area. It also has a large island -- with 2 barstools -- that opens to the living room.
Living Room - a spacious area with sofa and large chair , tv, fireplace, a coffee table, rug, and windows with a view of the water.
Mud Room - extending off of the kitchen and living room, this extra mudroom leads to the large outdoor deck area.
Dining Room - 8 person dining table and bar area with wine and cocktail glasses
Master Bedroom - comes with a king sized bed lots of shelving for clothing storage, and its own private bathroom
Master Bathroom - has a stand-up shower, private toilet room, and double sinks.
Bedroom 2- queen bed
Bedroom 3 - queen bed
Bedroom 4- full bed
Outdoor area:
Private pool - gated in-ground pool located between the main house and outhouse.

Really enjoyed our stay. Could use a few updates and minor repairs. Some areas required a little cleaning (trash from previous tenant and box of worms in frig./pity we didn't do any fishing!) but we took care of that upon arrival. Plenty of room for us to spread out. Kids stayed in the pool! Enjoyed the view! We would go back!

Great place. Very clean and comfortable. Pool was a great addition. The back covered porch gave great views of false river. Highly recommend.

Accessing the property was a breeze.
Unfortunately, two things were very problematic for us:
1 - the pool remained green the entire time; the second day someone came to add chemicals; however, too little too late and we had booked two-three weeks in advance so not a surprise to have guests.
2 - the bar-b-que pit was filthy. The deck and seating/eating area outside was lovely but we had to scour the pit and burn off before we could grill.
The pier and deck were nice and enjoyable; the water pad was great fun and a nice addition. The two lounge chairs on the pier had many holes which made sitting in them very uncomfortable; so that left just the swing - a nice addition - and one chair!
The camp can accommodate more folks than we had so a good place for large families; four bedrooms and two baths with two large rooms for tv, games, etc.
