Small terraced house, in the heart of the Saint-Jacques district in Sarzeau, in a charming residence with pedestrian walkways. On the ground floor, you will find a living room with equipped and furnished kitchen area which opens onto a paved terrace and a small enclosed garden - with a shelter where the garden furniture and the barbecue are stored. Separate WC.
The first floor consists of a bedroom with a double bed, a bedroom with two bunk beds and a bathroom.
At the entrance to the residence, a numbered parking space will allow you to park easily.
Small animals accepted.
Tourist tax: 5% of the price of the night per adult occupant within the limit of €4.30 per person per night.

Linen rental:

Seul bémol les lattes des lits enfants étaient cassés et notre fille ado a du dormir dans le canapé lit, problème d’électricité qui a fait sauté quelques ampoules. Mais il y a tout ce qu’il faut pour un court séjour proximité de la plage hyper agréable

Mais pas de place pour mettre ces courses, pas de place pour ranger ces affaires parce que c'est la réserve d'affaire pour une future brocante...
Améliorer la literie ... bref peut mieux faire
