In Erquy, at Domaine de Lanruen, a 25-hectare private seaside residence, 3.5 km from the town center and shops, this semi-detached house is located directly on the beach.
Ground floor:
- Living room with sea view;
- Fully equipped open-plan kitchen;
First floor:
- Bedroom with a beautiful sea view and a queen-size bed (160 cm);
- Bedroom at the rear with a queen-size bed (160 cm);
- Shower room with shower and vanity;
- Separate WC.
Second floor:
- Attic bedroom with a skylight and a beautiful sea view, two single beds.
- Outdoor terrace with dining table, sun loungers, etc.
- Included: bed linen, household linen (towels and tea towels)
- Wi-Fi access;
- End-of-stay cleaning included (subject to the agency's internal regulations).
Self check-in is required after 6:00 PM and on days the agency is closed. Key boxes are available outside the agency.

Very nice holiday home for 4-6 people with a well equipped kitchen. Bathroom and bedrooms are a bit dated and run down, however the location makes up for all of that!
