It can accommodate up to 4 people and is composed of a bedroom with a double bed, a living room with a sofa bed, a modern open kitchen fully equipped, and an Italian shower room. It has: Parking, Coffee machine, Dishwasher, Oven, Microwave, Television, Iron, Hairdryer, Washing machine, Kettle. The balcony will be very appreciated in summer, you can enjoy eating outside while enjoying the beautiful view! The apartment is ideally located near the Port of Santa Lucia (15 min walk), the Path of Esterel and the Path of Littora (15 min walk), the Beach (pebbles) of Fournas (10 min walk) and the Beach (sand) of Peguière (15 min walk). The most beautiful beaches, such as the Plage du Veillat, are located in the center of Saint-Raphaël (5 min. drive) and in the direction of Saint-Aygulf (about 20-25 min. drive) through Fréjus. To rent nautical equipment and accessories, Nautique Concept is a 15-minute walk away. The Vieux Port and the Casino Barrière are 10 minutes away by car and for sailing fans, the Club Nautique de Saint Raphaël is 5 minutes away by car. The neighborhood is quiet and you will find many shops in town such as a MONOPRIX 5 min drive and the Marche République 10 min drive. A professional cleaning is done before and after each traveler.
