About this apartment rental
Very close to the vibrant central Lyon's Presqu'île and from the famous Parc de la Tête d'Or, you will enjoy the comfort and tranquillity of this lovely 59m² flat. The decoration is original, mixing artistic touches and modernity for a lively atmosphere.
The 59m² flat is composed of a nice living room with an HD TV and a comfortable 140*190 sofa bed. From the large windows you will be able to admire Part Dieu's buildings and all 6th arrondissement of Lyon. There is a nice 4 person dining table and a fully equipped open kitchen too. In the sleeping area, you will enjoy a nice bright bedroom with a 140*900 bed and a bathroom with a shower. It is the best place for a romantic stay or a business trip.
The elevator will take you to the 12th floor out of 12, you will stay on the top floor of the building.
Fiber WIFI available, sheets and towels are included.
You will find convenience products at your disposal (pasta, rice, spice, coffee, tea...), and a Traveller's Guide containing useful information for your stay (WIFI code, notices, nice restaurants around...).
Checkin and checkout are totally easy and independant thanks to a connected lock. Checkin is from 3 PM and checkout is possible till 11 AM the day you leave.

Cozy little apartment for a quick stay.
There is an informative book on the table giving the guests instructions for their stay and what to do. Only recommendation I have is to include where to take the garbage out to when you leave. Host very quick to answer any questions. Great location, easy to get around from location.
Bathroom did have a small hole in the wall which was stuffed with a white paper appears they are doing a repair.
