The nearby Zugspitze railway station provides easy access to the Wetterstein mountains and is ideal for short and long excursions into the mountains.
A spacious living room with open-plan kitchen equipped to a high standard and cosy dining area forms the heart of the flat.
The comfortable living landscape is ideal for relaxing. A large flat-screen TV and a built-in sound system provide the necessary entertainment. Floor-to-ceiling windows let plenty of light into the flat and create a bright, friendly lounge.
The adjoining terrace offers spectacular views and invites you to spend relaxing hours in the fresh air with comfortable garden furniture.
The flat is rounded off by two comfortable bedrooms with double beds, a bright bathroom with rain shower and a separate guest toilet.
All windows can be completely darkened with the help of electric shutters, so that late sleepers can sleep in undisturbed. Underfloor heating provides cosy warmth even in colder temperatures.

Huttenzauber is the best among apartments we have rented in many cities. The hosts were very helpful, the location was perfect with shops, transportation, and restaurants very close. The kitchen was fully stocked and everything was exceptionally clean. Laundry and underground parking were very convenient, neighborhood was quiet and pleasant.

Die Wohnung liegt sehr zentral und ist trotzdem ruhig. Besonders gefallen hat uns die wertige Ausstattung und die sonnige Terrasse .

Die Wohnung war ausgezeichnet. In einem tollen Neubau mit allem erdenklichen Komfort. Hochwertig und stilvoll eingerichtet mit tollem Garten und Terrasse. Lage super, total ruhig und trotzdem in fünf Gehminuten in der Fußgängerzone. Discounter und Bäckerei ebenfalls in unmittelbarer Nähe. Ein großes Lob auch an das Alpen-Ferienwohnungen-Team: immer freundlich und super hilfsbereit. Vielen Dank für den tollen Urlaub. Wir kommen gerne wieder!
