Absolutely immaculate apartment, everything was like new and very clean. Lots of space for 2 adults and 2 teenagers.
Grass in garden and pool area was long and untidy but did get cut on our last day.

Modern apartment, beautiful views, great location and generally very quiet. Pool was large and pretty much empty the whole time we were there. Safe parking.
It’s not a three bedroom property as the attic room is not suitable for adults, and it is not private. Not possible to use the kitchen or living area whilst guests are asleep in attic room. Only one of the bikes were usable.

Very nice apartment and Yulia was a very attentive host when we complained/ needed assistance. We had an issue with the power in the apartment after a power cut and she managed to get an electrician to sort on a Sunday evening which was very much appreciated
We were advised that early check in was possible however the day before we were told that it had to be cleaned so would not be available before advertised check in time.. Unfortunately when we arrived at the advertised time (4pm) the apartment was not clean. There were Spiders and cobwebs everywhere (and clearly had been there for some time) The blind in the bathroom was very dirty and had obviously not been opened/cleaned. The balconies, other than the main balcony, were similar. My daughter refused to sleep in her room on the first night due to the number of spiders. The host response was that "they live there" which is true but we cleaned our daughters room and none returned the rest of the week we stayed there. The host did come and clean the rest of the rooms when we complained and similarly the rest of the rooms remained spider clear for the duration of our holiday. Bottom line, the apartment was not cleaned properly for our arrival which was disappointing given the reviews about cleanliness. The pool is very nice but again lacked attention, too many days it was surrounded by bird droppings both in and around the pool. It was only cleaned once in the week that we were there sadly. There were also boards over the tiles on the entrance and there was a dead lizard there the whole week which shows the lack of attention. The pool showers didn't work nor did the foot pool on entrance. For a "luxury" penthouse apartment this was simply not good enough. The air conditioning is also completely inadequate for the apartment. There is one unit in the mezzanine but the two main bedrooms were way too warm. We were supplied with fans but the adverised underfloor cooling is non existent. When we arrived we were told to park on the street despite the advertised "private" parking.
