Tres bon emplacement, peu de bruit de la rue.
L’appartement est conforme à ce qui est présenté sur le site : bien équipé et propre. Nous n’avons pas pu profité de l’espace extérieur à cause de la météo mais c’est un réel plus !

Very nice small appartement in the heart of the Wazammes district. 15min walk to the city-centre. The host was very quick in replying to any questions we had. The car is parked at a 8min walk which was alright.
The enterance door is terrible to open, you need a lot of force to smash it shut or push it open. The showers wasn't the cleanest.

Clean, big rooms, terace, lovely kitchen and of course coffee maker. The distance to city center is around 20 minutes by walking. Free car parking spot is good opportunity. The apartment is very close many restaurants, markets and shops etc.
Car parking spot is a little far way from the apartment around 10 minutes by walking and 4 minutes by car. Firstly you should leave your luggage to the apartment and then go to parking spot with electronic garage keys. But I think this is acceptable for this location.

Emplacement idéal , lits confortables, cuisine équipée.
Manque de flexibilité, impossible de garder la place de parking qq heures le jour du départ avons dû nous garer au dehors et payer alors que nous avions pris l’hébergement pour cela.
Pile détecteur fumée défaillante, avons dû l’enlever car bip toutes les qq secondes à notre arrivée.
Porte non fermée descendant dans une cave glauque…
Couettes très/trop légères en hiver surtout lorsque le chauffage ne fonctionne pas correctement. Porte de la douche en haut ne ferme pas. Décoration minimaliste.
