The view from the accomodation is stunning. You park in a garage and access the property from the garage. The outdoor area is lovely. The house is very spacious. The kitchen is well equipped and the place was very clean. We loved this place and would definitely stay here again.

The bedrooms don't have doors incase one would want more privacy. Not all the beds were equally comfortable.

Fantastic location, with absolutely outstanding views. You cannot wake up to a more beautiful view in the morning, or enjoy a fabulous drinks/dinner with friends on the terrace in the evening. Very clean property.

No doors doors on bedrooms. It’s a fabulous house with an open space concept, however, if you value privacy, be aware of that. 2 bedrooms on first floor and one in the attic, which even though a bit more private, still has no actual door to separate from rest of rooms. There is no air conditioning. Not the biggest issue, even though it gets very hot in the afternoon, due to the sun setting and heating up the place, by opening windows/doors you can easily cool the place off in time for sleep. No curtains/drapes at main bedroom, which means as soon as sun comes up, you’d either better have eyeshades, or be prepared to get up.

Top: die ruhige Lage mit dem freien 180 Grad- Panoramablick über den See. Einen schöneren Ort wird man schwerlich finden. Viel Platz in der Wohnung und im Außenbereich. Tadelloses Internet. Effektive Fußbodenheizung. Großer, moderner Kühlschrank. Küche mit allem, was man braucht. Waschmaschine im Keller. Garagenstellplatz.

Die Kommunikation mit dem Gastgeber war suboptimal. Bei Anreise wurde darum gebeten, dass man eine Stunde vor Ankunft Bescheid gibt. Das war ca. 17:00. Wir bekamen daraufhin ein Video mit den Zugangsinformationen zum Haus und die Information, dass die Verwalterin sich um 20:00 mit uns vor Ort trifft. Sie kam nicht, Nachfrage 20:30 unbeantwortet. Wohin mit dem Hausmüll, blieb unzureichend geklärt. In die Garage stellen, wird dort abgeholt- was aber in der gesamten Aufenthaltszeit nicht geschah. Die Bedienung der Haustechnik (Heizung, Klima) muss man selbst herausfinden. Eine Gästemappe mit den wichtigsten technischen Informationen gibt es nicht. Bei Verwendung mehrerer elektrischer Verbraucher fliegt die Hauptsicherung außerhalb der Wohnung raus. Der Elektroofen ist modern, aber eigensinnig und schaltet sich nach eigenem Ermessen ab. Eine Betriebsanleitung über die Programmierung war nicht auffindbar. Die Wohnung preist sich selbst als Luxusklasse an. Diesem Anspruch wird sie nicht gerecht. Sie wirkt abgewohnt, vernachlässigt und ist an vielen Stellen schadhaft. Der Außenbereich ist verwildert. Hier wird leider viel Potential verschenkt.
