Simply put, we LOVED these apartments! Having visited Bitola many many times, we were looking for comfortable apartments for an 8 day stay. VIP apartments exceeded all expectations. The apartments and building are super clean, well equipped with all essentials, spacious, comfortable and feel like home. We booked two apartments and the attention to detail on styling and facilities is exceptional. Vesna and the staff were so lovely and made us feel so welcome from the moment we checked in, to the moment we left. They were friendly, attentive and made sure we had everything we needed. The apartment building itself is secure and super close to all the action of Sirok Sokak, but quiet and relaxing when you are in need of rest.

The location was very good.
I booked a specific room but was given something completely different. As soon as I realized the apartment was not what I had booked, I contacted the owner; however, his explanation was that he had given the apartment to someone else. I don’t understand how this happened, since I booked the room one month in advance.
Additionally, as it was winter, the room was very cold and the heating was poor—especially in the bathroom, where there was no heating at all. The pictures on Booking did not match the reality of the apartment. Overall, it was not worth the price, and the experience was very underwhelming.
