L'emplacement exceptionnel / la facilité d'entrer et de sortir du logement
J'ai précisé avant notre arrivée l'heure à laquelle nous devions arriver mais l'hôte n'était pas présent et lorsque j'ai enfin réussi à l'avoir au téléphone il nous a dit qu'il arriver dans 1h.

Its location.
No kettle, toaster or microwave. Owner kept us waiting to check in. In fact if I hadn’t persisted in calling him he wouldn’t have turned up at all. He didn’t know who I was or which property we’d booked (no info on booking confirmation either)
He was rude, telling me to ‘relax’ and ‘stop talking’ and when he did finally turn up none of the beds had been changed so he kept us waiting even more while he changed them. We were 3 women. He changed the double and only one single. The other single had no bed linen or pillow - Just why? We wanted 3 beds that’s why we booked this apartment.
