Looked great on arrival and room really nice as was bathroom however all needed a deep clean. Windows and surrounding frames not been cleaned for a while, bath and sink plugs mucky etc.
Staff ok but there was a lack of management with staff lacking focus and professionalism. Certainly don’t go ‘over and above’.
Shame really since it potentially is a great place.
