Amazing location, spacious apartment, good hospitality of the hosts
It is above a pub and you can hear the noise in some rooms, that didn't bother us at all but worth noting.

Perfect location for all the bars and restaurants. The pub itself underneath was warm and welcoming and good Sunday dinner. Entertainment too.
Nice apartment with balcony. Two of the beds were queen size and one king size.
The apartment is a little bit aged and needs some very basic maintenance but that did not stop us from enjoying our stay. Will definitely come again.
Parking wasn’t easy.

The flat is a good size, cute quirky decor, good location, fun busy pub, friendly owners, beautiful view from the windows. Enjoyed playing a few records on the player during our stay.
The flat was not ready on arrival, though the owners quickly sorted this out for us. A few things require attention/improvement (kitchen, cleaning, comfort, WiFi) which we have flagged to the owners. Parking is an issue generally in Mumbles, if you have a small car you might be lucky in the street, we paid £45 to park in Caswell Avenue via the Just Parking app.
