A lovely place to stay for a relaxing weekend in Stanley especially if you like old school decor that is meticulously maintained. The view for the spa suite has glimpof the ocean. The room has all you need and is exceptional clean. The arrival and departure process was very easy. A pleasant experience and recommendable.

The room was clean and comfortable. We loved relaxing in the quiet lounge at the front of the house.
The parking on the street was awkward, especially bringing in our luggage. We would have liked a microwave in the room and easier access to PowerPoints.

The House has a perfect location, just a very short walk from Town, The Nut, Godfrey Beach, and the viewing platform where the Little Fairy Penguins can be seen at night returning from their day feeding in the ocean. The House has been impressively restored with many features and an interesting history as a presbytery since 1904, artfully presented on the typewriter in the hallway, as well as in an information book in the room. My room was well presented and comfortable. Congratulations to the current owners Clint and Katinka Walker for their hospitality.

Quiet with a very comfortable bed
The doors to the ensuite should not be see through. Same basic privacy is required for a toilet / bathroom.
