The location was fantastic for the places we wanted to visit and for getting to Stratford for ABBA Voyage.
There was a lift which was a must for us. The entrance, loft and corridors leading to our apartment were all lovely and clean. The area, access to the building and to the apartment felt safe.
We liked having a bedroom each and (there were 3 of us). It was a nice touch having the Nespresso machine with pods and we were so happy so see champagne flutes in the cupboard.
The main one for us was that it was advertised as a 3 bedroom apartment with 3 bathrooms - this was the deciding factor for booking this apartment over other less expensive ones. However, there were not 3 bathrooms. There is one ensuite with a full bathroom with shower-head over the bath. Another bedroom had a sink and shower. There was a bathroom with an over-bath shower head. The shower water pressure was quite poor, which may have been improved with different shower heads.
There were a few maintenance issues but once the property owners were notified, they fixed the priority issue as soon as possible and I think/hope that the other things would have been fixed after we left.
It would have been good to have a safe in the apartment.
There was an option to leave luggage for £10 but was only available for certain times. For example, on the day we arrived, we could store our luggage for 3 hours before check-in, 12-3pm. We arrived in the area at 10am
And didn’t want to waste time hanging about until 12pm.
The check-out time was 10am. On one hand, it was good to be forced to go out and do more before heading to the airport but is earlier than many hotel with a more relaxed 11am or 12pm check-out time.

Easy access, great area and amenities. Lovely and quiet if you want to just chill, great location.
Nothing to dislike. The ceiling light in 1 of the bathrooms was hanging out, but it still worked.

Property was in great location
Smaller than expected. bed in master bedroom was difficult to get in and out of as we are pensioners. It needs to be adjusted. Remove the over sized wardrobe and add side tables. A lamp should be placed in the living room. The shower in other bedroom was leaking from all angles. Mattress on master bedroom bed was stained.
