Super séjour, emplacement idéal pour aller à Disneyland à pied en 15 min via un chemin sécurisé.
Parking pour la voiture, appartement spacieux et équipé. Accès facile et communication simple avec l'hôte ! Qui se rend très disponible et répond aux messages rapidement.

Fantastic location. Not sure there can be many apartments closer to Disney than this. Right by bus stop for those who are not keen on the 20 minute walk.
Competitively priced and clean.
Beds were comfortable.
Deposit returned promptly after we left.
This could be a great place to stay if a few simple fixes are made. I’ve given some suggestions for improvement not to be hyper critical but in the hope the host takes this feedback constructively and makes changes for future guests.
We didn’t have control over the heat and unfortunately we were cold most of the time. The heat programme needs to be changed significantly for stays in the winter. We had to close the shutters to try and preserve heat! Real shame.
There was a missing key meaning we couldn’t access the underground car park from inside the apartment block and so to access our car we had to walk down the ramp meant for vehicles.
The pillows were really not usable - we had to go to Auchan to buy some new ones. (This has been mentioned by a previous guest)
Communication problems with host created some stress. Wrong mobile number listed on booking. The arrival instructions included the wrong code for the outer gate.
We found it hard to resolve this as there was limited mobile internet service when stood outside the apartment so ringing the host was difficult
There are some really useful photographic instructions but frustratingly we were only sent these after arrival and could only download these AFTER we had already accessed the apartment and connected to the WiFi. Please can arrival instructions be checked for accuracy and sent in their complete format in advance to avoid stressful arrival for guests who may not be able to easily contact the host.
Need to fix the kitchen worktop trim. Think it’s been glued once already but needs a further attempt
