Friendly staff and great facilities
The hotel has friendly staff, a nice pool, and the sea is within walking distance. Daily activities included evening entertainment, morning yoga, and midday aqua aerobics. A mini-market on the property was convenient.
Breakfast was excellent, lunch and snacks were okay, and dinner offered plenty of options. Public areas were very clean. The room was generally clean, though minor wear was visible in curtains, walls, and bathroom tiles, and the shower head had some mould. The bed was not the most comfortable. The spa treatments felt overpriced, but overall, I would happily return.
Felt that spa treatments were overpriced and were not given the right price. As end of season some of the sun loungers were broken. Mould in the shower head and stains on tiles by the toilet.

Kind, friendly and welcoming staff!
Perfect location, sea and beach perfect especially for little kids.
Room was quite new, clean and comfortable.
Food was good.
Public areas are overcrowded, quite tired, not having enough expected facilities like showers or wc.
Elevators are ridiculously old and small (we needed them for stroller).
