El lugar es muy bonito, lleno de arte. También m las habitación son muy cómodas, limpias, y la comunicación con recepción es excelente. El desayuno está bien. Las actividades para niños son muy lindas y creativas.
Fuera del desayuno el servicio de los restaurantes tropieza mucho, todo tarda, no se atiende, y no siempre hay buenas opciones para personas con alergias. Lo mismo para el área de alberca (Coral) no se quitan los platos de otros huéspedes y podría estar un poco más limpias. Dicho esto, todo el mundo es muy amable, pero si urge más capacitación, sobre todo cuando hay muchos huéspedes.

La atención de todo el personal de recepción, cocina, tienda y trabajadores en general. Que en el mismo espacio haya otras actividades como yoga y cine. El desayuno buffet del domingo es variado y de muy buen sazón.
